Medical examination is necessary because our health can signal any unnoticed abnormalities. Therefore, taking a medical examination at least once a year is recommended to reduce the risk and severity which may occur as a result of any abnormalities and to be able to receive appropriate treatment in time.

Suggestions for receiving a medical examination
- Refrain from eating and drinking for at least 6 - 8 hours before having a check up (Plain water is allowed.)
- Take off all necklaces in case of chest x - ray or walking or running on a treadmill for exercise stress test.
- Upon history taking, inform the physician which medicine or supplementary diet is currently taken.
- You can check the examination result by TNH Health Check up mobile application and you will receive the report book about 7- 14 days after check up.
